Is there a limit to the number of families and children I can add?
Not at the current time. Create as many as you want!
I’ve accidently scheduled a child wrong and generated a lot of bookings I need to now delete. How can I do this?
The “Booking List” search page allows you to filter all bookings and quickly delete them by selecting the checkbox beside the bookings you want to delete.
In this situation, be sure to check the Child’s “Last Automated Schedule Date” , which you can manually adjust as needed. If you want to automatic scheduler to pick up on a newly entered schedule , it will only apply to dates *after* this date, so be sure to rewind that “Last Automated Schedule Date” value as needed.
Can my families pay the invoice online ?
Currently this is not a feature, but may become one in the future. If this interests you, please let us know so we can prioritize this feature accordingly.
What’s a “Care Type”?
A “Care Type” can be thought of as a “Billing Type” for a child booking. In settings, a cost is assigned to each care type. Each booking (a scheduled date on the calendar for a child) is given a care type which is used by the invoicing system. A child can be assigned a default Care Type. If a Care Type is $20.00 and a child is booked for 5 days in a week, you can expect the invoicing system to create an invoice for $100.00.
How can I add a logo to my invoice ?
Go to “Settings”, then “Invoicing” and then click the “Change Logo” button.
Are there any other invoice templates ?
